Every trailer I'm looking at is like $17k by the time you get the basic stuff needed on it. Is it just me or does it seem like prices have shot through the roof? Is this a result of the tarriffs?

Been ridiculous for a while already, especially reefers.

Yeah, any of the ones I want are all like a minimum of 3 months out and none will do anything custom one-off right now.

No one even makes the trailer I want so I'm considering either modifying mine or have someone do a basic frame to my specs then I'd add all the decking. I can fab stuff myself, but I wouldn't want to do the main frame work.

I think Diamond C is out 6 months now. I know my Fmax210SS was worth every penny of the $16K I paid.

TARRIFFS?? most materials used in gooseneck trailers built today are from the good old USA. Tariffs have nothing to do with sales of gooseneck trailers in the USA. If gooseneck trailers were made In China then by all means Tariffs would affect the cost of gooseneck trailers sold in the USA. The short answer is NO, however you have mentioned tariffs in other post so this looked like the perfect time to share this with you Crocky.
