So the day cab driver was responsible. And that was a New Cascadia to boot. He’s officially fired. Georgia DOT/MCCD is going to put the screws to him and his soon to be former employer.
    DUI
    Failure to maintain lane
Also IIRC that stretch of I-285 has lane restrictions (trucks are prohibited from the 2 left lanes) so they got him on that.

Nope I dont remember it having been posted here. Not that the admins care anymore. They used ot merge threads together if it had been posted.

I am surpriised the car hauling driver couldnt turn right and get off the accident. Instead by the vid it seems they turned into the accident.

To busy blowing his horn instead of reacting and trying to move.

Looks like the parking lot driver retaliated. Understandable, but certainly not the smartest reaction. He had a clear lane to his right, and could've dropped speed and gotten over.

It looked like the day cab hit the parking lot in the drives and pushed the rear of the truck to the right, which pushed the front of the truck to the left. I don't think the car hauler could steer away from it once the guy hit him.

    Badmon Thanks this.
