The whole of Denver was a frickin mess when I was there last. I-70 east and west were tore up undergoing road construction. As was I-76. My only relief was finally being able to hop on I-25 and getting out of town.

Fortunately, the drive through southern Colorado didn't seem like I was driving through such a desolate wasteland.

"The tree became lodged in between the tractor and trailer. The driver continued on Councilman Road and turned onto Savitch Road, striking numerous power lines and damaging several power hookups to homes in the neighborhood."

I'm completely speechless. How? How do you think it's fine to keep going when the roof of your sleeper is caved in?

Must be a former driver from that huge mega carrier based in Phoenix, Arizona.
