    And the video shared by the super truck proves that he purposefully drove right into the car... Great job Cletus!

    What i saw in the video was the red car behind the truck until the end of the lane and then it sped up into the blind spot. It could have merged behind the truck because it was behind the truck for 9/10ths of that merge lane. Me first!

    In this day and age with lawyers ready to sue at a moment's notice you best have one. Picture is worth a 1000 words and can probably save a million dollars.

    But in this case his camera is his worst enemy. The Hammer will use it to crucify him.

    It shows that either;
    a) he was not paying attention while driving a commercial vehicle, the negligence of which lead to an accident that could have caused substantial damage and physical harm, or
    b) that he was showing utter disregard for life and limb by willfully denying a vehicle safe entry onto the roadway.

    The above is aggravated by the truck driver showing contempt for his victim by chronicling it in a video highlighting what he did.

    Don't think for a second that the stupid act that the driver of the car did will make one once of difference. He is (?) the professional.

    WTF law is this? I can't seem to find it in any law books. The driver who is merging onto the highway has the duty of care to merge safely. Same goes for lane changes.

    I'm starting to think you're a four-wheeler driver, not a truck driver.
