    Good point, TallJoe. Makes me wonder if my policy would cover a tow. Since I owned the truck, I didn't put comprehensive/collision insurance on it. Just the fed min's. Something to consider for the next truck when putting it on the policy.

    Maybe the policy can be still amended and additional option such as towing purchased. I think mine has something about tow and clean up but I need to check with the agent about the details. I don't think it would work in case of a mechanical break down but only in case of a crush or ... going into a ditch.
