4 wheeler gets schooled in merging

lol.

I'm not a freak'in lawyer and it's not a law that I outlined. But rest assured a good lawyer can find intent from the bullet point I outlined. Don't forget that the truck driver is supposed to be a professional. He is supposed to be monitoring the merge lane. The dumb ### car drivers can't be relied upon to save themselves, in a situation like in the video the professional truck driver has to be the adult in the room, so to speak.

The Hammer fries him.

 

It ain't worth the hassle of taking all the pictures,
Filling out the paperwork,dealing with cops,
Dealing with the company,answering all the questions.
Taking drug test, then driving the truck to a shop.

That's what this driver got for not lifting off of the
Throttle for 2 seconds.
That dash cam footage should get him fired.
No excuse for that.
That's normal every day bull that we deal with.

 

Well the car is a dick. But the truck put himself in a bad spot before that merge lane even came into the picture. He closed both his outs to his left on his own and couldve backed off throttle long before .... You have to do one or the other . Either leave out infront of u by backing off or open up an out to ur left .... Preferebly both..... With that said , that car driver is a ####ing moron.

 

They are both idiots. The car should have taken care of business, got on the highway and get down the road.
Truck driver should have seen it getting ready to happen, it wasn't hard to see. Then they shouldn't have posted a video where you can see the car coming over and the trucker doesn't lift his foot until after impact.

 

That showed him hitting the car pretty much on purpose.. that was real smart
