3406c mech black smoke on start up with new injectors

If your talking engine s/n it’s 3zj44731. These guys are a small shop the old boy who did it is the cat man in town and his boy is pretty knowledgeable in parts. So I’m hoping they did it right. It only goes to this shop when I can’t work on it. We were snowing here and I had no shop so I was at there mercy. FYI for anyone in Canada with this engine. My nozzles cost 1260 tax in and total was 2900. Charged me 10.50 hrs labour. Lol.

 

Ya I figured it was the right part number. Thanks for looking it up to confirm guys. But ya it def smokes more than normal at idle. I am gonna ask them if they tested the new nozzles. If they didn’t I’ll be pist. Cause it’s smoking black pretty good at idle on start up and nothing has been touched with the timing or anything we had. Still pulls the same 26 psi, pyro temps are same etc. Just seems to me like it’s dumping to much raw fuel at idle. And just to clarify, these new nozzles wouldn’t cause that to smoke black for a bit hey
