How different is the Schneider Bulk orientation with covid. I went to Schneider bulk orientation 2 years ago, but I left because I found a local job. It is very possible that I will be going again next week and I want to see if they follow the same schedule as 2 years ago. Also, is the pay worth it? I only have 18 months of experience total and none of that is recent.

Smaller class sizes, no sharing tables as desks, one person per table, temp screening every morning, less passengers per shuttle, as in one person per row in the van. No shared hotel room.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I’d be glad to provide answers if I can.

I came in with a relatively fresh two year medical card, and didn’t have to have a DOT physical either. Some in the group did.

I don’t know if it’s different than what they did before but with the smaller class sizes we were only one on one in the trucks doing any driving or backing type activities.
