Dpf cleaned 40k miles ago.
It shows message on dashboard dpf regen occuring , let the cleaning cycle complete. I note engine hours at that point.
No CEL. I ran two weeks with bad inlet nox sensor before compressor job was done but changed it before compressor replacement.
I don't know about engine management cleaning. That's something new to me , I get oil change every 20 k and air filter every 50k.
Truck has 680k miles. Only work done on it is exhaust manifold gasket and engine harness replacement around 500k. I bought it new in 2016.
Valve adjustment done
200 k miles ago.

Here is air management checklist. If still having issues after completing air management service, probably need to further investigate for injector(s) issues. I also clean EGR cooler around 500,000 miles too.

I would probably clean and flow check the DPF injector as well if it wasnt done during the filter cleaning. If its plugged or not flowing enough it should be visible as low temps in the regen history.

Stuck in range or biased DPF pressure sensors are commonplace. Next place I would go after all above is completed and the issue persists.
