Pickup truck crashes into motorcyclists; 7 dead, 3 injured

I didn’t say the pickup truck driver could sue-I was referring to his employer-who owns the pickup. And remember the driver hasn’t been convicted in this case yet-his trial is STILL PENDING!New Hampshire may have different rules and regulations on such matters. Remember this is the only state that actually doesn’t mandate liability auto insurance-unless you hit something or someone!
And it’s not so much about beating the manslaughter charge but liability for damages caused in the accident.

 

You would think , hmmm alcohol kills more people than flu viruses, why don't we have a world wide shut down for the boozers...Just seems fair, especially if its Chinese Booze.

 

UPDATE: This immigrant driver (IMO) deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison,

wearing of masks are still required in many public buildings, as well as most if not all doctor's offices.

at least here in New England.
