Good drivers are rare now. Some of the arguments I understand though. Be prepared to pay in the $80,000 a year range for a decent one. Also noone wants to run run long anymore. Home weekends is now a must

Because you can’t afford me lol
all BS aside, I worked for a hauler and 1 driver out of every 5 would last 6 months, and 1 out of 20 would last over 3 years. -
Good luck. Maybe you have to pay more $$ to attract the serious pros? -
