That's what I prefer. 95% of the time they have to back out of the yard anyways because they're blocking access to whatever it is they're picking up.

The first time I refused a load I went straight through. The second time I waited for road repair and once it got to the point of no return without using a 16, I returned to my barn, even after central told me not to.

The other times I waited for road repair and they got there pretty quickly.

Some drivers will pull anything, I am not one of those drivers. If it’s not safe or legal, I won’t pull it.

any of the companies you guys are at offer stuff with the medical insurance like AFFLAC,VISION, CDL LAWYER . i only ask because i was wondering if you can fight a bad report on your DAC with that service. i didnt opt in but i think i should have for 4 bucks a week and it covers speeding tickets in personal car

    Never thought about that.

DAC is a consumer report, so the same FCRA regulations surrounding credit reports apply to it as well. You have the right to dispute information on it.

Might not even be worth the money on it though, not all employers use DAC.

true, my friend got a bad report from a mega carrier, his 13'6 botail hit a phone line that supposed to be 14 feet high, come to find out the line was an illegal internet line that was set up by some guy on craigslist, unfortunately they still gave him an at fault accident, so i guess i was wondering if the CDL lawyer is even worth it......

Our top city driver is taking over a $300 linehaul run next week.

We’re all wondering how long he’ll last, since that’s more miles in one night than he currently does in a month. :biggrin_25523:
