    03-peterbilt 379 old Werner truck.
    324 inch WB?
Naught it that way nice truck though.
I have a constant vibration like a piece if metal grinding untill I grease it.
But sound is still there just muffled, down by shifter and forward of shifter in transmission.
Clutch? Or front of transmission shaft.
When idling no noise or coasting out of gear only geared and under load loaded or empty.
    Comments please.

Until you grease what? Throw out bearing? If something makes noise until you gease it, its wore out or you aren't greasing regular enough. Also are you measuring wheelbase correctly? 324 is really long.
