You're right, I shouldn't keep applying logic and common sense to a situation...it just makes things worse.
That 311 trucks you came up with....any room between trailers or space to set up an angled back-in or are we going to drop and pickup the trailers with a big helicopter?

I stated overnight parking. I don’t believe at any single point and time there will be a fully stocked lot of 300 trucks.
if payed on a monthly basis, by a company for a reserved spot, and let’s just say 200 spots are reserved. It could easily yield 60k per month.Attached Files:
