Looks sketchy. They also ripped their logo off from the Supreme clothing company, which I'm sure is copyrighted/trademarked.

Most new hires don’t stay long enough to get the first pay increase. New drivers running NJ to west coast, loading produce and return. For the experienced driver that is a hard trip and if your co-driver puts it in the ditch you got no workers comp. all medical bill are on you and no income while you heal. Lucky if they provide a ride home.
Your co-driver is also someone that couldn’t get a real job.
Plus you get to pay double SS and Medicare taxes.

If someone has to do 1099 then you have to. Watch out they seem to play games with drivers from what read on here. Chicago is kinda famous for these 1099 companies. They promise great pay. Then do stuff like charge driver for truck repairs, if driver bumps anything. They charge for new tire if one goes bad. The truck can be dumps and not D.O.T legal or they don't repair their trucks. Maybe they don't repay drivers for tolls or they tell drivers to driver around toll roads.

I drive company truck know, we have EZ-Pass it's an electronic toll tag in windshield that bills the trucking company. I don't pay cash for toll roads or bridges. The George Washington Bridge by NYC in like $120 I think today. I run Ohio turnpike and indiana toll road those are like $80 or more I think for both. Driving around Chicago the 294 toll road can add up to like $50 or $60. Just watch out doing 1099

Request a copy of the employment contract you are expected to sign, tell them it's for your attorney to look over.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are financially smart, 1099 is the way to go, if you are not smart, be in employee.
