I'm healthy but will take the shot.
I grew up in the 60s and 70s.
It can't be any worse than what's gone into my system previously...lol

I saw this in a Tweet this morning. "If you’ve used a port-a-potty at Ft. Jackson, hell anywhere in the Army. You have no excuse to be afraid of the covid vaccine."

Read today that wearing a used mask is actually less effective than not wearing one at all. So I guess it really wasn't a coincidence that our case numbers spiked right after masks became mandatory.

How’s Alberta explaining the unprecedented spike in syphillis? They don’t believe in condoms either?:D

Hell if I know. I always use 'em. Pregnancy is wayyyyyy worse than something a dose of penicilin will take care of.

If you are going to have any benefit from wearing a mask at all you need to wear them correctly. And even then I don't think you get too much benefit from it. But that's just my opinion.

If you are wearing a cloth mask, you need to buy like 20 of them and change them daily, then wash them and dry them all the way. Remember heat and moisture are playgrounds for bacteria. Your breath provides both of those. And we were not designed by nature to hold fabric over our faces. So that needs to be kept in mind.

I still have the very same mask that I started with about six months ago. I always love to put it on and shock people when I go into the heavily populated areas that require we wear them.

I had the whole covid thing when it first started and lasted only 2 days. So no need for a vaccine would you have already had a full-strength bug.

Well.....the difference between the government and us is that they have experts that can advise about this working for them. Had we as a nation listened to what experts were saying about slowing the spread, we may not be talking about a vaccine now...just saying

It wasn't the masks that caused the spike. It's people not listening to the experts. They didn't avoid group activities, or social distance from one another. It was somewhat under control when there was a lockdown. The spikes occured once they opened everything back up. Folks can't help themselves man. Folks want to be out even if there is nothing on the agenda. Many Americans were just defiant for the hell of being defiant.
