If Prime Inc was worth $100 billion and Amazon was a company with a hundred trucks, the word "Prime" would be getting removed from Amazon's trailers.

You see the picture, it happens only when driver does not have sufficient amount of rest, and when driver runs to much he makes a lot and thats how those guys make money. There is a structure there, lots of things involved with one goal in mind to ignore DOT regulations and make money. Teams 11-18k a week gross, solo 6-8 gross a week.

Well they tried and the court decided that Prime Inc does not own the word Prime so the trucking company lost.

That makes my day. I'm always happy to hear about Prime losing a lawsuit. They have too many lawyers.

My last flatbedding job I worked for the manufacturer. I asked my boss (who was in charge of all their logistics) why Prime wasn't hauling any of their loads. I was curious because when I worked for Prime I never could get a load out of that area, and then when I started driving for the company I saw TMC and Decker and Melton in there all the time.

The boss said that Prime talked to him about getting some loads, so he faxed over a contract. They sent it back all marked up with changes their lawyers wanted. He said he threw it in the trash lol.

That would be like someone putting "Swift" on their trailers implying fast delivery then telling Knight-Swift to go pound sand.

I dont and i really like it.
You live in your world and keep on doing what you are doing. Some make money, some don’t.
I have their statements, i see numbers.
Sometimes, they have bad weeks, but not many, mostly they are steady.

That might be what the truck makes... But the drivers dont take anywhere near that home once all overhead and taxes are taken into account.

6 to 8k a week to the truck as a solo driver isnt that hard to do on the right lanes.

LoneRanger and Bud A. Thank this.
