Howdy folks. Long time reader, first time poster here. Considering putting aftermarket headlights on my 379. But I want to be sure they will sit in the same location as factory ones height wise so they aren't sitting behind the bars of my herd bumper. Thinking about the old school dual round style if that matters. Thanks.

    Nice truck.

I like the quad rectangle myself. I switched to Truck-lite LED.

    I don’t have a roo-bar though.

Do you have the heated version? If so do they actually work? The only thing I've grown to dislike about the led and projector style lights on trucks I've driven in the past is the snow and ice buildup they get.

Yes I’ve got the heated ones , and live by the Canadian border. Snow and ice do not build up on them.....

    Hammer166 and matneyenterprises Thank this.

Trucklites LEDs are great. They have more of a projector look to them. The last set of LED headlights I got on a lower usage truck I went with United Pacific from our KW dealer. Were 100 apiece instead of $150 Trucklites. They have a 5 year warranty vs a 3 year also. I like them so far. I guess we will see if they pan out. On our 2009 W900L Trucklites were the only ones that would work without tripping the Lamp Fault and turning both low and high beam on low voltage. 2011 and newer does not seem to cause an issue.

These are the best headlights I've ever seen. I'm a carhauler, and the pattern and output on these is phenomenal, as good as any high end lights on a car.
