    Hammer166,
I agree with you. The TA's are mostly old Pure Oil and Union 76's from the 60's and 70's. The J's were also great with their sit down restaurants and large parking lots but we know what Pilot did to them.
The only Sapps I've been to is the one in Clearfield, Pa and it's also an old 76 in dire need of a remodel. At least Love's is still building even though they should be larger with more parking.
The Petro's were and are the best that a chain can be. Large lots, Iron Skillet, and plentybof room inside to relaxcand breath.

Where was this stop located? Sounds like a dream that no one would want to wake up from.

    kemosabi49,
The Moon family really knows how to operate a 5* travel center. Everybody should visit one of their great stops at least once and they will be a believer. These are the best in the nation and even if TA folds the Moons will endure.

You failed to mention top executives at Pilot were ripping off trucking companies.... Maybe thats why they are financially stable....

Bordentown Junction was indeed a gem! I used to stop daily when I lived in NJ. before it became the Petro.

Haven’t set foot in a pilot flying J in over a decade. They ever clean those dumps up with all the fuel rebate money they stole?.

I was in Gretna a few weeks back, first time in a J in years. I was stunned by how dirty and dingy it was.
