13 KW T660 won't start with key remove breakers g2 and e2 jump wires it starts

So my 2013 kwt660 will not start with the key if I remove relays g2 and e2 use a jumper wire touch the wires on the ignition switch it will start turns off with ignition switch I've replaced the relays won't start with key the last four the VIN are 288-115 any advice is helpful I have a Volvo d13 doing the same thing
