Truckers will never be allowed to use marijuana dude. The trucking industry has too much money involved. Each company has too much money involved. Insurance companies simply won't allow it.

It's possible, if they make it legal at some point, that they would use the oral swab test. But this law didn't make it legal. There is a difference between decriminalized and legal.
