With a tanker you get one move...... if you have to correct after the one move your toast......

Ive only had to deal with a couple of deer.... and one spinning car on a snowy interstate... let off the throttle and maintained my lane . 2 dead deer and one missed 4 wheeler.

 

Unregistered car, no proof of insurance. Winner

 

Well they can add careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident involving death or injury to that list now. R.I.P. driver.

 

i learned that lesson, when i first started. it was pounded into our heads (in the driving school) to NEVER swerve.

and all my years, i never did.

i told my wife back then, that if i can "see" with-in a nano second, that i am going to die cuz of some moron?, i'm taking him (or her) with me"..

i also told her to use the money in the savings account get a darned good lawyer, to make sure the police did not find ME guilty of the wreck.

something must have worked........she never had to hire an attorney.
