I was suffering from burnout over a three month stretch ; I’ve been late a lot , I was never charged one dime for lateness . I was never threaten to lose my job. I got real honest with my fleet mgr and she knew and her answer was change it and make more money and do more 34 hour restarts and we do it !
I can’t say enough about how they treat me . It’s a small company about 250-300 trucks. The company oweners are very well educated and everything is state of the art .

This is a company you wanna come to.
