Where do you get this tester and what do you call it?

Is it possible that the egr could still cause a problem even after it's been deleted?

I have a 2014 Pete 579 w/ Cummins ISX 15 (450 HP). It fills up the reservoir and has no pressure on it, I have changed the reservoir recently, even hot no pressure.

I've got a '13 isx that pushes coolant (maybe a quart at a time) only when I pull into a customer after a long haul (Bordentown,nj-Boston). We've done the bottle test, put a pressure gauge on res and ran the truck @ 1000 rpms for a couple hours it only built 14-15 psi. Engine has been d3l3t3d, but still has the vg turbo.. . We've also replaced the compressor less than 2 weeks ago with a new cummins compressor..this has the shop and I scratching our heads, because you'd think it'd push it out all the time, or it'd be worse pulling a heavy load up a hill but it doesn't...

I have a 12 Isx that’s is filling the coolant reservoir up with oil. When the engine is idling it’s pushing oil out the bypass hole but when you raise the rpm it stops. I’ve looked everywhere for answers and still can’t find what it could be either it’s a crack head, head gasket, or maybe the air compressor. I changed the oil cooler 2 weeks ago because of the same problem but it wasn’t pressurizing my coolant system. I’m open to any suggestions that will help figure out my problem.
