In 30 years of driving I have never had anyone do this. Maybe they just like you.

 

Ya know, nobody cares about your junk, except maybe your partner. Healthcare professionals do what they do for a living, not for their jollies. If a Healthcare person needs to watch you piss in a cup, so what. For whatever reason they have to in that situation and they could care less about the 'quality' of your tallywhacker. You're just not that important to them. Do what you gotta do, let they do their job and get on with it.

 

As long as it's not on the ceiling your OK!

 

And in the Navy the guy assigned to watch everyone piss was told that he was on #### Watch.

The first time it happened to me was when UW-Madison got in trouble for their testing compliance and they successfully argued they were following state wide procedures. Thus NCAA cracked down on the DIII schools in the state to force UW-Madision into compliance. It was a surreal 'random' screening - not the least because it was the first time NCAA had ever asked the school to run a random screening.
