How much weight does making the best fleet to drive for hold for you.
Some good outfits on the list but some questionable ones too.
Sadly mines not on there..
Good list for @Chinatown to refer to.

My company is the best company I've ever driven for. The boss is generous with pay, home time, good equipment and most of all respects me as a person.
I can't believe my company is not on that list, but May Trucking is?okiedokie, Flat Earth Trucker, Mooseontheloose and 6 others Thank this. -
I’m thinking, just by looking at some of the names on this list, it’s got more to do with advertising dollars spent then by actual love for said company.
okiedokie, Just passing by, Brettj3876 and 13 others Thank this. -
Mooseontheloose, Lonesome, dwells40 and 2 others Thank this.

Flat Earth Trucker, Mooseontheloose, Savor the Flavor and 3 others Thank this.

The list is nominee only.
From the site..
"Launched in 2008, Best Fleets to Drive For® is the only annual program dedicated to uncovering the best workplaces in the North American trucking industry. Produced by CarriersEdge, in partnership with Truckload Carriers Association, Best Fleets to Drive For recognizes the for-hire fleets providing exceptional workplace experiences for their company drivers and independent contractors.
Each year, we do in-depth interviews with the 100+ nominated fleets, collect thousands of driver surveys, and identify the most successful programs and emerging trends across the industry. In addition to recognizing winners in multiple categories, we also share those findings through press stories, webinars, and public presentations at various industry events."
2 winners and then top 20 best to drive for.
Seems to be a coveted list to be on as most winner's mention it, we've all seen the stickers on the backs of trailers.
Never really given it too much thought but looking back on past winners most seem like legitimately decent companies..
BTW I've never been questioned about any company I've worked for.
Of course if you run freight or private carriage this doesn't matter.firemedic2816, Crude Truckin' and Mooseontheloose Thank this. -
Every year this topic pops up somewhere on the forum. First, the company must be a member of the Truckload Carriers. The votes are from the surveys of drivers from those companies. So it's easy too see why megas end up on the list.
Mooseontheloose, nredfor88, 4mer trucker and 3 others Thank this. -
I haven't looked for work in 12 years but if I was looking...some of those companies would be in the mix..but not all..lolMooseontheloose and sevenmph Thank this. -
I’m surprised Swift isn’t on there. I mean they are “Best in Class” after all.
Crude Truckin', Mooseontheloose, nredfor88 and 6 others Thank this. -
It's the Homecoming Court - nothing about it means anything.
Mooseontheloose, sevenmph and JoeyJunk Thank this.
