Almost 200 crashes were reported in New Jersey in a span of twelve hours on Sunday.

New Jersey State Police responded to 188 crashes between 12 a.m. and 12 p.m. on December 3rd as a result of a winter storm that yielded snow, sleet, and rain.

According to NJ.com News, one of the multiple wrecks involved a jackknifed semi truck, which led to partial lane closures, but did not result in any serious injuries.

NJ is known to have ALOT of aggressive drivers. Brother in law when he comes to visit from NJ is a scary ride.
    So not surprised

Probably all drivers from the South that don't know how to drive on snow and ice.
They are on vacation in New Jersey because that's the go-to destination for hillbillies on vacation.
Well, I've been told that when they find out I'm from Tennessee.

I'm originally from Nashville, TN area. One time was trucking through Nashville and going by the TA in downtown Nashville. Some clown in a car with Illinois tags, and appeared to have wife and two children in his car, was yelling on his CB radio how stupid southerners don't know how to drive on ice and snow, so just get out of his way because we're slowing him down. Then right in front of the TA, he lost control of his car on the ice and wiped out. Serious damage to his car.

I'm from NJ. I do know how to drive in snow and ice. My all time favorite was heading eastbound on Rte 24 in a heavy snow, dude in a brand new Range Rover in a big rush tailgating me, went for the pass, lost control, went sideways in front of me, then directly into the guardrail. I just slowed downed, honked, waived, and smiled. I didn't care one bit about seeing if he was ok.

I have heard that all the time from the ones that come down here. I will show these hicks how to drive in snow and ice. But they do not account for how hilly it is down here and think a 4wd SUV can do magic things. Most end up in a ditch.
