Case in point: 2008 recession in California, cops were pulling people in droves and writing tickets. Little old ladies driving to church going five under were getting cited.

You do know that you don't have to tell your company until AFTER you have been awarded a judgement by a court.
You could be charged with reckless driving but then 4 months later you go to court and it's dismissed or reduced to improper use of vehicle horn or any other non-punitive charge. If you immediately told your company you received a reckless driving citation chances are they will let you go.AfterShock, Swift007, Chinatown and 1 other person Thank this. -
