I use RTS and can say last Q4 2020. Was less then 2.00 a gallon all gallons. Its not the best but its all about how you fuel. I've decided I'll pay 250 a quarter to pay less the 2 a gallon avg. Yes i pay more but all combined is less then 2 tax due is mostly due to PA. Its unavoidable for me and I'd rather spend money elsewhere and owe less then 1/2 tank in pa later per qt
Best fuel card

I just signed up with TCS. Very easy setup process and you can transfer money with Zelle. The discounts in my area for today are averaging $0.40 cents for multiple stations. Today, the best discount shows to be 47 cents at the Denver TA. I also like the simplicity of their search function to find nearby stations. The only downside I see is that the best discounts are at TA's and thus, if there are not many TA's in your area then it may not be a good card for your needs.

So, here is what I did last time I ran o/o. Points reward credit card, local owned fuel stations, cha-ching. Local fuel stations seem to be less per gallon than the best fuel discount at the big dog stations.

It depends on where you run. If I ran in an area with a lot of QT’s, it’d be easy to use cash back credit cards. Here in FL, the mom and pops are priced well above the cost plus pricing I get with TCS. Accounting is much easier with a fuel card

EFS has good discounts

i second tcs. up to .60 cpg although it is mostly on ta/petro. most of the time is cheaper than mom and pop shops and the showers are definetly the best
