How to extend your shifter!!!

    I guess it all depends on whether or not its your truck or a company truck, and how long you want the tranny to last.
    Extending the shifter only puts more pressure against the forks in the tranny and will wear them out, just like resting your arm on the shifter, you should not do either one .

    if this doesn’t extend your shifter there is something wrong with your stick.

    The funny thing is that the company has me in a 389 with an auto and I love it. Zero complaints about the auto, although I'll always prefer a 13 speed.

    Any insecurities would be in the eye of the beholder(s) observing you running around measuring stuff with that part of the anatomy.
