I forgot what idiots TransX are.

    Called yesterday to get a quote. Local guy transferred me to their main office. Guy answers the phone, I tell him I need a quote (good-sized, cross-country move). We proceed to go 'round and 'round about "quote"... a word their guy does not understand. Seriously. o_O

    So I call back and get someone else and tell him I need a quote and he asks me to send an email. So I send an email. Today I get a response saying they don't handle 3PL containers. I tell him we're not a 3PL, they're our containers. "We don't handle others containers." WTF is there to "handle" and why do you list "intermodal" among your services? Load them on container chassis or flat or step decks, secure, drive away.

    Another guy tells me they can't take them because they're marine containers not shipping containers and they're different. o_O

    Oh yeah, their website sucks bigly for customers too.

    They just caused a huge pileup on the 401 last night also.

    I did a few ABL loads for them, just retarded like you say. They constantly kept trying to dispatch me, like one of their company drivers/lease Ops.

    They were experts before CN bought them . Only difference is they now have in house competition so the bar is set higher lol

    Also the decaying remains of H&R are also part of the group now. CN owns TransX, who owns H&R LoL. What a disaster.....
