Found my intake clamp right at the elbow was loose would this cause a loss of power?

If it was loose I would have expected it to blow off under boost pressure. When you put 30 psi of air pressure things tend to blow apart. Butnthat said if it was loose and leaking yeah that could cause some power loss

So we are talking about the intake part the center of the turbo? Right. Not the CAC air.

Oh i thought you meant the intake on the head. If you are talking about the intake on the turbo then, no I would NOT expect a power loss from that

I had a power loss under load all tests good. It drives fine till you get it loaded or around 1500 rpm then misses.

But the power loss was almost all engine power

what is the rest of the story here? Assuming you found the loose clamp and you have been running the truck why are you asking this question. Did you notice a difference after tightening the clamp back up??

Loss of power shake and stutter. Idles fine so I called wrecker get it to cat all tests good inj cutout, solenoid. And fuel restriction. I keep hammering it and it seems fine just don’t want to put 80k on and be dead again.

Yeah I dont see how a loose clamp on the intake side of the turbo could cause any sort of major power loss. Unless the boot was terrible loose and didn't seal at all you could have been sucking dust and dirt, water whatever into the engine and destroyed it, but if that was the case I think you'd have a ton of blow by.

What test have you ran? A miss under load at higher rpm would be a fuel problem if i had to guess. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?
