Unrelated with the above post , this mess came out off a MX13 dpf.
Boss kept resetting DEF/Ad Blue warnings.
    Driver kept driving.
DPF was pushed out off the onebox. 20210112_153338.jpg

4x2 tractors in slippery conditions is a disaster waiting to happen. Swedish version of DOT has made studies about these trucks in winter conditions as they are overrepresented in accidents and the conclusion is that they have big problems with traction and stability in winter conditions.

I agree for Scandinavia, but this picture was made in Czech Republic and forcing heavy 6x2 boogies for whole Europe would be overkill. Most of europe drives on 4x2 and for typical european conditions it's really enough.

Part off the problem is that with the koleka drivers they don't know how to operate trailer lift axles.
Owners are buying less trailers with lift axles because off this.

I can lift my first trailer axle even when loaded.
    Puts 15 metric tons on my drive.(limited up to 30km/h = 19mph)

Turn on the diff lock on a 4x2 truck and let the fun begin on slippery roads.
