Top hats for recently acquired hopper bottom

I’m going to pull the wheels, sand buff and put new rubber on. Wanting to put some top hat covers on, for my lug nuts and axle. Will these work?

    Those are for 33mm nuts. If that Timpte is old enough it may have Budd style 1-1/2 nuts.

    I had the wheels off, for polishing and the nuts are 33mm.
