Who is your favorite youtube trucker?

I don't spend any of my free time watching youtube anything.
It seems everyone on there is trying to do something special to get your attention, or as Red Forman would say they're just a #######.
Who has time for this if you're working hard ? And who wants to watch what you do for a living when at home. Seems to me most people looking at youtube are laughing at somebody screwing up. I do enough of that myself to keep me entertained.

 

I've got to say that this guy has probably one of the best YouTube channels around right now. He's a daily vlogger who is pretty much a no nonsense owner operator with an awesome sounding w900. He's about as down to earth and genuine as you'll find right now, and I enjoy his videos, stories, and even after 20+ years in this business, have learned a new thing or two. His channel is called Trucking with Schmidt.

There's some great documentary presenters on YouTube that do great about verifying facts, but other than that YouTube is a definite waste.

 

i don't get into watching trucking vlogs at all, i think my favorite trucking related channels to watch are J.C. smith projects, great guy very detailed gets into some unconventional repairs/modifications on med/heavy duty trucks. and then twinsticks garage is always fun to watch loves old trucks not really a mechanic persay but does the best he can with what he's got and really does pretty good work and pretty entertaining to watch.

Learned a lot about becoming owner operator from them. Good group of guys.

"Bonehead Truckers" channel is super entertaining. I should've been on there my first month out of trucking school.

 

I learned a lot from Jeffrey Like on YouTube. I also watch many of Red Viking Trucker's videos.

 

I find a metric poop ton of great info on YouTube, bless their commie hearts. Maybe the YT truckers are not the master class on trucking some want, but I found some of the best TV ever produced in 50 years on YouTube like

YT has a ton of junk, but its got tons of terrific & informative gems.

 

I spend a ton of time listening to a British named Simon Whistler. Channels include Top Tennessee, Today I found out, Biographics, Geographics, Mega Projects, etc.... I'm a fan due to the time of fact checking they spend, and when they do get something wrong they either edit the video with an addendum, or they completely redo it.
