Bonus changed at Swift, does not benefit the drivers.

A Bonus, unlike your pay can be changed or removed at any time.

I learned this back when I used to be in the tech sector. I knew guys making 200,000 a year with 10,000 in bonuses. Others making 70 with 70 in bonuses. Why? Because they work the contract in their favor to keep you there with no real long term investment.

You need to go to the To Do tab in the Driver Performance Program page.
From there click on Register My Online Training and you will see a list. Pick one and click Register, then go to the Swift University and do a search for that course.

It does not benefit me in any way, so like many other things I won't take part in it.

 

You may wish to ignore it, but you will take part in it.
It is simply part of the job and has nothing to do with your wishes.

Unless you are a driver that has no part in the bonus program to begin with?

 

Maybe you will but I really do not take any part of it, as in the requirement will never be met. There is no wishing about anything.

 

Don't you know? You have a guaranteed 10 hours per day to get that done in!
