Already had it on a computer. Number 3 is dead. So I got that covered. Thanks for all the tips and reminders. Tomorrow’s job.
DDECIV injectors, is it possible to only pull the solenoid?

Depending on which jakes you have. The ID tag is on top. The bolts are all the same length, except for 760, it has 3 slightly shorter bolts, they’re all marked with a circled J on top. Take note of the 2 spacer bars also. They’re marked “out”, I think they only will go one way, and one will read upside down, when properly installed. If only taking one Jake off, you shouldn’t ave to remove them. You’ll be taking the center Jake off for # 3, it bridges the 2 bars. The jake should be set on center, once the bolts are in and hand tight, since they can be slightly moved around. Except for # 760b and 765a, those should be moved as far forwards the cam as possible, before torqued.

I only have 2 jake heads. I'll look at my DDECII sitting on blocks. I don't recall what it has for jakes. I let a shop run the overhead on it when it was time.
@Rideandrepair You mentioned injector harness. It was replaced when I put the engine in 30,000 miles ago. I know. No guarantees on quality anymore.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Gotta say. 6 firing cylinders sure beats 5 plus 1 dead one.
Jake needs to be removed to change only the solenoid so I replaced the injector.
@Rideandrepair Thanks for the tips and info.Rideandrepair Thanks this.
