for more harder, severe pains, i took/take Aleve.

I need a pain pill every 8 hours to function. I take Tylenol, Ibuprufen and Tramadol.

i am on BP meds, so he recommended Tylenol...then i take Aleve on my own..
some meds, like Excedrin can cause me stomach issues.

It seems that every year a new joint or 2 begins to give me pain... I'm not the kind of person to take pills unless absolutely required, so I just deal with the pain... Some days that means that I can barely stand up at the end of the day, but thats my choice rather than take pills.

Exercise, stretch, drink water, eat less junk. Your body is a machine that requires you take proper care of it.
