Neck pain, headache, shoulder pain, back pain, knee pain, what have you got and how do you manage it? And what medications do you take if any?

I need a pain pill every 8 hours to function. I take Tylenol, Ibuprufen and Tramadol.

depends on what your doctor recommends frankly.

i am on BP meds, so he recommended Tylenol...then i take Aleve on my own..

some meds, like Excedrin can cause me stomach issues.

    your mileage may vary

It seems that every year a new joint or 2 begins to give me pain... I'm not the kind of person to take pills unless absolutely required, so I just deal with the pain... Some days that means that I can barely stand up at the end of the day, but thats my choice rather than take pills.

Exercise, stretch, drink water, eat less junk. Your body is a machine that requires you take proper care of it.

Not trying to pick on you, but this question is like asking everybody who their favorite cell phone provider is. Or who is your favorite sports team? I suggest speaking to your health care provider and follow their guidance. HOWEVER, all truckers subject to the rules in 49 CFR 40 I suggest going over 40.85 and 40.87 with said provider. If their treatments are any of the things listed in these regulations make sure they write a letter and make dang sure if you drive the ME has also approved its use while on duty!
