    kinda reads like he was in a mining dump truck...seat belt might have helped. Those things are supposed to be able to take those kinda hits.

    Personal responsibility. Try some.

    If he was wearing his safety harness he likely would just be sore and not dead. Now everyone at the pit, and likely statewide will have a harder job because this guy was too lazy to buckle up.
