It's funny what drivers will do to retaliate to a company for bad DAC report after they mess up. I've been with them for more than 5 years now. First of all, they are not even Russians. Nobody in the office even speaks Russian. It is a good and honest company, that really have great equipment. They do not pay 1099 only, they actually let the drivers choose between W2 or 1099. It's just silly to me how far will some people go to make the company look bad "Not to mention the owner of the company has also had personal property repo’d ,which suggests the company might be on shaky ground". This has never happened, and the company just purchased 40 2021 fully loaded volvos. So the company is definitely not on "shaky ground".
The creator of this thread came for orientation in NJ, and we received pre-employment from previous company that he stole a tractor from them, disabled the GPS and drove it unauthorized to NJ. Did not release info until he got paid. Also presented another previous employer, and when we called, it was him pretending as the manager from the other company. When we confronted him about these issues, he went outside to smoke a cigarette, and never came back.
I am not affected from these comments whatsoever, because I am the maintenance manager, but it just pisses me off how some people would do anything to badmouth a company.

And there are NUMEROUS COMPLAINT threads about this company here on TTR and elsewhere!

 

I have couple of friends that drive for z transportation, they haven't complained so far. Only raving about how they got new trucks. I am considering to apply myself, good money, new trucks, what else do you need?

 

After speaking to a Russian owner operator, he told me that the U.S. government gives the russians interest free loans to get re established in this country.

 

That literally makes no sense, why would a bank give a interest free loan to someone that is not a citizen? Z Transportation are not even Russians, the owner is an American from a Macedonian descendant.

Even the government charges interest on loans.
