I have a 2002 Int'l 4300 with an Allison Automatic It will not crank when you turn the key it has no park indicator and it says check electrical system I think it's not cranking because the truck doesn't recognize that it's in park Has anybody run across this problem I've changed the neutral safety switch and I've changed the TCM

The transmission is not being detected on the datalink. Check the main trans fuses at the battery box. If they are good, you might have a datalink problem.

Thanks all the fuses are good and I replaced the trans computer and the wiring harness looks good and I checked the shifter and I've had about five people look at it and nobody can figure it at I'm about ready to hunk the truck

Have seen problems with connectors on smaller wires from the batteries on a similar truck. Positive and negative. Finally cut all of them out, soldered and sealed them.
Testing is recommended to swapping parts.
Had another one with a bad switch in the parking brake handle assy.
Another had the transmission wiring to close to the exhaust. Internal meltdown but the outside looked good.

Like HeavyD said check those powers and grounds thoroughly from the battery box to the TCM. Also remove the connector at the TCM and check for powers and grounds, load test with headlight if need be.
