    Hey everyone.
I had a bad habit of job hopping because I have no patience. I’m looking to turn things around but due to my job history no companies want to hire me. Does anyone have suggestions on where I can apply to that would possibly give me a second chance?
    Thanks In Advance

I don’t think he has any problem.
I went through 6 jobs in 3 years.
Companies who didnt like my number of jobs. They were the kind of company I didn’t want to work for.
I took my time. Searched for a company that is right for me. Biggest thing is no BS. A company that actually has comprehension. That doesn’t have average to low IQ guidelines to interpret everything.
I found what I was looking for. Am very happy.

Just as hearing loss & Radiation exposure is cumulative, Job hoping is going to follow you! At least for 10 years after your last job hop. It is what it is. I know my comment makes zero sense, but I am serious. You can't do anything about your past job history. No matter what we do we don't get mulligans in life! All of us have hot buttons, gosh knows I have mine. I don't have a problem so much with patience as I have with my temper, especially when I am lied to or detect someone is being untruthful. Funny story an old dispatcher told me. He is a very religious person that told me once he prayed for patience! Then later his life fell apart and he was forced into a situation where he had to have a come to Jesus conversation with himself. Lack of patience mixed with a hot temper is a recipe for MAJOR problems in most any job.

^^^^^^^ is what I am taking away from your question. I am sure within a week there will be at least a dozen companies listed for you to check out. However, until you learn to deal with your patience, applying for another job is just going to repeat this same cycle. There is not anything I can say that will help you. It comes down to you! There are NO perfect jobs in this industry. That grass you think is greener at that other carrier you will soon come to see is just astroturf. YOU MUST STOP THE JOB HOPPING! Until you deal with this patience problem you will always be hopping! @Chinatown et al can post job after job for weeks and you will just come full circle right back where you are today! This reminds me of a quote I once came across. "I am my own worse enemy and I can never win that fight"!

Me too! The primary reason I got out of the Air Force back in 1980. I got tired of watching senior NCOs and O1s - 03s taking ACTUAL credit for other's hard work! Also did not help to also have someone in my chain of command that would not know the truth if it bit them on their butt!

My last job. Working for a small company. Had 3 trucks for his business. We’d deliver. Then work our way back on brokered loads.
The guy was so untruthful with himself. He couldn’t begin to be truthful with me. I kept tolerating his S! Hoping he’d realize he has a good driver that takes care of him. 8 months later. He didn’t even begin to pull his head out. I quit.
