yeah, real estate the past few years is skyrocketing. many people that own "beach houses" here, like maybe the average cottage style, 4 to 5 rooms, get at the very least $2,000 a WEEK...!!!!!!
some as small as an out house? get high dollars as well, but people wanna vaca at or near the beach, so i say, "sock it to them".....

Why do I enjoy reading articles about the great exodus from California? I love it, good for those companies. That state is just off the chart regulated and taxed.

There are a lot of businesses that are rethinking their reasons for being in California. And the production of content for TV, movies, etc is just like any other business. My son is an extra on many TV shows, movies, even quiz shows. You know, the people in the backround in any given shot that no one pays any attention to. The hoops the production companies have to jump through, for no apparent reason is driving costs through the roof and they are looking for alternatives.

Just so you guys know, I drive a truck in the film business. East Coast. And it's a good living for drivers.

This is my view of the Las Vegas Strip from where I live. It's a 15 minute drive.

when i did my stop in Chinatown in Boston, where Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarty were cops?
they worked out of the now gone Boston Herald? newspaper place across the street from my stop.
in fact, two 18 wheelers actually were blocking the driveway that i needed, and both drivers were super cool and moved them!
