I have bipolar disorder and some ptsd that makes in hard for me to sleep. Seroquel kills all those birds with one stone. It's really helped me, but I'm not sure I'll be hired on if I take that specific medication. For those of you that have mental health issues, you know that finding the right medication can be tough. My thing is that so long as I take the Medication in the way I am supposed to and get the proper amount of sleep then I'd be perfectly fine to drive, but I'm not sure if the hiring personnel's would honestly give a #### about that. any feed back? would I possibly still be allowed to take my Seroquel?

If it comes to it, maybe find a non-cdl driving job that doesn't require a DOT physical.
All will do drug tests though.

My goal was to team drive with my fiance. Does that mean even with a doctors note I still wouldn't be accepted?

If doesn't show up in the drug test, just be quite and keep taking it.

Sadly, not only does it show up, but it is also one of those drugs that can show a false positive for something else.

This is what google had to say:
Quetiapine (Seroquel) is an atypical antidepressant drug used to treat bipolar disorder, depression, and schizophrenia. Your drug test may show up positive for methadone or opiates if you are taking quetiapine.
