    At least the driver got off the brakes. Hard to steer when wheels have brakes applied.

    That's actually my thoughts too, he got it back in line without screwing up that part. He was going too fast in the first place.

    That’s today’s automatic transmission non truck drivers for ya. Hammer down, never mind the freezing temps and ice and obviously jack knifed tractor trailer. Or maybe he thought the trucker was stopped to take a dump

    I can’t wrap my head around your comment. Are you bipolar. Skilled and then common about not skilled. Bottom line is the driver is an unsafe idiot that almost killed someone. Natural reaction is too counter. Luck was on his side.
