I agree. I bought mine through them at 400,000. Literally the first trip out from Lenoir City the 1 box went out on me. I left about a year after I bought it. Ran it up to 670,000 and it was just falling apart on me. I traded it about 7 months ago to a new T-680 and couldn't be happier. I change oil at 20,000.

I have become an LTL driver this week. Load out of CO was 3 stops, my next load out of the Hotlanta area is another 3 stops going up to the DC/Baltimore area. And I don't mind a bit. This week will be almost 3500 +4 extra stops.

Making that $$$. If you manage a whole year with miles like that, you will clear 90k+. Maybe those ads saying the top 50% of Crete/Shaffer drivers make over 85k a year are true

Maybe I need to switch back to otr from dedicated o_O

Clear 90k? You’d have to gross over 115-120 minimum to clear that

Worded it wrong xD meant gross, tho have met a few drivers who been here 20+ years just tip over the 100k scale.

Evan grossing that with hometime would make it almost worth dealing with the micromanagement. Often the high end of the earnings chart comes with almost no time off of the road.

Gone so long from the house your dog won’t let you in the yard. Wife doesn’t know you either but knows the neighbor down the street real well. Nope. They can have that lifestyle.

Not my dog...my wife will use the speaker phone from time to time, and the dog starts licking the phone and then rolling on it like it was me (and she is an 85 lb pitty/lab mix...)she will occasionally accidentally hang up on me when she does it.

Thought I was gonna be able to report some more good news, but the carrot of hope was dangled before me, then yanked away. Stopped in Marietta for the night because that about as close as I can get to my monrning, and they aren't that busy. So, I had my inverter checked out. It is indeed going bad, but...they don't have a replacement. So, I hope it doesn't catch fire before I get it fixed.
