there is alot to look at. Before you go to company, I have found If you use the seach button at the top. Type your company name and see & read whats there. There is alot to read but there is no simple answer. Just like wil trams has a 15 month contract to drive with them as a team. Ask your self who's your co driver. But there is no pay until you have your cdl's. then they start at .14 per mile as team with a trainer then the rest of the 15 months is completed with another student driver.Until training over with. But you do don't have to have your cdl to get in. With Covenant you have to be a recent graduate of a cdl school they approve of to get in. With a hazmat cdl. You go out with trainer for 35 segments at 4 hour of driving time. Could take as long as 6 months to complete.( you will drive all your hours, only the 4 hour count as one segment). Before you test out to get your own truck. There is alot to learn. So read some of the post here while you wait for answears to come . Read the web links to each to see if you can come up with some question to ask. Now I'm don't a 100% sure of anythang as I have not drove for either company.:smt024

Look for Covenant from a wifes perspective and read what redcoats wife has put about redcoats time at covenant and see for yourself, or go to the bad company thread and look up covenant, it will open your eyes.
