I’m having problems getting paid with Convoy Quickpay.
They tell me I checked factoring so I need to enter my banking info and uncheck the factoring box. (1) no box to check (2) app does not save info. Anybody else have this problem?

Well I had a different problem with Convoy.
Right before the holiday the last load that I could have gotten that would take me directly past my house I get the broker on the phone and he said well your bid is a little too high and I said look just let's do it at $800.
He says oh no no no we can't do that we just don't have that in the load I I I just can't do it and there's no way that I could do that and it's just not possible in this guy goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on. So I said fine 750 let's book The load.
So he starts going well 750 I guess I could do 750 all right well yeah okay I guess we can do that.
Well right at that moment I looked down at my phone and I see it got booked for $800. So I said what the hell is the matter with you if you would have given me the load at eight hundred dollars I would have this load but instead you hemmed and hawed and carried on over 750 and somebody else got the load for more! I was going to take the load for less and I couldn't even get it for Less because you were horsing around and now someone else got it for more and I'm pissed off. So not only did I not get the load for Less someone else got it for more!
So I said why the hell wouldn't you give me the load for 800 the other guy gave him to load for 800? If you would have done that I wouldn't have lost the load!
Then that moron started laughing and said oh well I guess the other guy's a nicer guy than me hahaha.
So I ended up freaking out at the guy and screaming at him because it really truly pissed me off. And I don't generally do that kind of a thing.
Can you imagine a broker thinking it's funny that he screwed you out of money and screwed you out of a load because he felt like being an a-hole? And actually laughing in your face about it. Convoy could care less.

Convoy has changed their bidding procedures somewhat. I use to win many more than I have lately. I use to get a message stating that I won even though I bid higher than other carriers because of my perfect on-time and zero fall off scorecard. Now I seem to lose bids and their app tells me I lost by a couple bucks, this even though my scorecard is still perfect.Midwest Trucker and PPDCT Thank this. -
I did talk to management.
First they told me there was a manager looking into it and no one would call me back then I kept calling them and finally they had a broker call me back and he told me their Brokers can do anything that they feel like doing. He said there's absolutely no restraints on them to do anything they feel like and I said well how about he laughed at me? And he said oh well you know that was just an uncomfortable situation so that's just the way it is he's a great broker, he's one of our best, and he did exactly the right thing.
Not that I should have done it but I was so mad I just mother effed all of them because that's ridiculous.
If anyone has ever worked in customer service if a person has a problem with one of your employees you do not say to them I know that employee is great he's always right you're full of crap. He's the best one we have and you know he did the right thing with you. So screw you.
That only pisses people off worse.
Then I received an email from Convoy saying that they were considering suspending me because I have to treat their people with respect. How about that?
So I sent an email back telling them they owe me an apology and that was about the end of it so I probably am even suspended from them and I really could care less.
To arbitrarily screw someone and then laugh about it in their face it's just too much disrespect for me. It's bad enough the situation happened but to be that ignorant... and then to have another ignorant idiot call me back and insult me... I don't care if I ever deal with them again. They can go to hell.
And the funniest part of all of it is that was actually the first time I ever bid a convoy load and called them to actually try to get the load. That was my first and only interaction with Convoy and they can go to hell.superhill56, Midwest Trucker and PPDCT Thank this. -

I can tell you from personal experience that the easiest way to get banned indefinitely from working with Convoy is to tell them to F off via email.

Booked a load with Convoy that was 2 hours away. Had a window time frame to pick up. 10 PM - 1AM. Showed up between 11-12. Load wasn't ready. Was on app tracking. Reported it thru the app and called it in. Waited til 3 AM. Shipper explained that Convoy didn't even have an empty trailer there to load and that when they do get an empty trailer, I'm not next in line. Others are waiting. Convoy resolution team never called back. Convoy haven't paid TONU or detention. Our company haven't used them since. Beware.

Do these apps like Convoy and Uber and Coyote have decent volume in flatbed or is it mostly a dry van/reefer board?
