    No its not.

    Snap on has a solid reputation for being a leader of manufacturing the highest quality hand tools ever made.

    Do some of their tools suck, sure they do. I dont think I will ever buy another air tool from them.

    But their sockets and wrenches are the best that money can buy, hands down.
